Recipe: Hubby’s lunar bday mee sua!

Today is my husband’s lunar bday and tada!! Mee sua!

I added luncheon meat 生日快乐 wordings 😂

Steps:

1. Marinate chicken with oyster sauce and pepper for min 20 mins.

2. Add oil, sliced ginger and garlic. Then put in chicken and cook until gold brown. Add in enough water to cover the chicken; bring to boil.

3. Add in red dates and dried scallops, simmer 30 mins.

4. In a separate pot, boil water, put in dried mushrooms then meesua and vege. After they are cooked, transfer to bowl. Then scope the chicken and soup!
