A 9-to-6 Employee and 24/7 Property Agent 🙆‍♀️

So many people asked how I manage to do it- full time job, real estate 99% full time, mum of 2. How? The photos tell it all 😂

1. Hyping- meaning giving out flyers by our standees. But I have something extra- my kids (or rather my PAs). They will be beside me when I’m hyping/talking to potential clients. I always carry all my flyers and RES licence so I can hype anytime 😆

2. Dropping flyers- I will bring some w me during viewings so I can drop off at that estate 😂 because my PA always want to follow me whenever I go, I let her join in the fun too.

3. Zoom calls/meetings, impromptu ones etc, even when changing diapers 😂

4. Trainings- just attend la, can’t do it physical? No worries, just dial in 😂

5. Free time used to be people watching and enjoying coffee, now it’s thinking of my marketing visuals/ listings/ messaging clients

6. Sometimes PAs need to work too 😂 pasting stickers and going for viewings.

Lastly, please know that clients always expect fast replies. So almost 24/7 need to reply messages 🙃 my viewings run all the way till a few days before I went to give birth too 😂

But all for one word - passion. I came to this industry by accident, but I found out this is something I like. I love it when my clients sold/bought the right property at right price. But I’m highly sentimental, if you don’t trust me, please don’t find me ok 😂 because after that I will be very emo. So make sure you find me only if you trust me 😝

I also need to thank my husband for always being so supportive in my RE journey, my PAs who always stick w me during my RE activities, my bosses who always extinguish my fire and team mates who always look out for one another.
