No idea when it all began, but I got in the habit of asking myself if there is anything else I can do with a used item before I dispose of it.

Voilà! I started to discover wonderful uses for my used toner pads, cotton pads, face mask sheets and steam eye masks.

Made of cotton/non-woven material, they are tougher than kitchen towels and useful for wiping down hard to clean surfaces.

Spritz some water or homemade cleaning spray (I mix water + essential oils + vinegar/DIY eco enzyme) to help the dirt adhere better as you wipe.

Great for the window ledge and grills, front metal gate, that dusty TV console/shelf/work or study desk, mirror, keyboard, mouse, appliances, in fact anything you can think of that needs a good wipe!

Recycling these items for cleaning the house helps to cut down resource wastage elsewhere, such as buying wet wipes.
