I've read The Glucose Goddess Method book, and wanted to incorporate her rules into my nutrition.

It was created by a biochemist Jessie Inchauspé, and is a powerful approach to managing blood sugar levels, leading to steady energy, reduced cravings, and better overall health.

By following these four simple rules, you can avoid glucose spikes and feel your best every day.

🍴 Rule 1: Eat a savory breakfast

🍴 Rule 2: Add vegetables before every meal

🍴 Rule 3: Consume 1 tbsp. of vinegar with one of your meals

🍴 Rule 4: Move your body after eating

You're supposed to incorporate one of these rules per week, and add them as you go along for 4 week. So week 1, you start with the 1st rule, then add rule 2 for week 2, rule 3 for week 3, and rule 4 the last week of the challenge.

I've only been eating like this for one week, so I'm excited to give an update on how I'm feeling soon!
