Ingredients

1-2 Lbs Beef tips

1 medium onion ( cut into 1/2 inch round slices)

2 Tbs butter

10 ounces wide egg noodles

1 small can mushrooms (drained)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup Mexican sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup noddle water

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic

Directions

In a medium sauce pan boil water and add egg noddles(cook al dente) In a large oven safe skillet add butter and melt in pan. Mix all spices in a small bowl and divide half. Season beef tips with half the spices and place in skillet with melted butter, also add your onion slices and sauté together with beef tips. Once beef tips are cooked on one side and flipped add the can of drained mushrooms to the onions and the rest of the spices. Cook until meet is medium rare or medium depending on your preference. While that’s cooking prepare your sauce in a mixing bowl add cream of mushroom soup, Mexican sour cream, cup milk, noddle water mix well with whisk. Add the noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet with meat and onions and place in oven at 350* for 10-15 minutes. I top ours with shredded parmigiana.
