📝INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs

200ml milk

1 tbs sugar

👩‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣Whisk the milk together with eggs and sugar until combined.

2️⃣Strain the mixture through a sieve into an ovenproof dish.

3️⃣Bake for 180ºC 15 minutes, then pour some sugar on top and continue bake for 10 minutes.

Serve warm or leave to cool in the fridge overnight.
