🇲🇾Mushroom baked rice

Halo, it’s Mibao here. How are y’all doing? 😍I’ve recently inspired by a menu from a restaurant, and created a recipe that I’ve never tried before.😍 Luckily, I found my remainng mushroom sauce that I’ve use for my carbonara few days ago in my fridge. For western lovers, don’t miss out this recipe!

Preparation:

Garlic, red onion, hotdog, mushroom carbonara sauce, rice, salt, pepper, cheese

First, the similar steps with the other recipe, fry the garlic and red onion. When you can smell the fragrance of it, add the hotdog. Add in the mushroom carbonara sauce. You may add in some water to let them mix it well, but remember don’t add too much. After the sauce is boiled, add half teaspoon of salt, add some pepper. Mix them well, and add in the rice. After the rice and sauce mix well, add a cheese on the top, and cover it for 2 minutes. The cheese will melt on the rice.✨

A mushroom baked rice is ready! Feel free to add in any other vegie you like, for me, I’ve added cherry tomatoes, and fried a scramble egg for a better flavour.

The outcome really amazed me. I really want to cook it again. 🤣
