Prepare the garlic, ginger, red onion, and, of course, the sliced chicken first. Before we begin cooking, we must first pickle the chicken. Season the meat with pepper, salt, and ginger. Leave it at least 20 minutes.🥰

Step 1: Fry the red onion and garlic until golden brown.

Step 2: Mix the rice with the chicken, fried red onion, and garlic.

Step 3: Pour 2-3 tea spoons of chicken stock into it.
