When creamy meets cheesy in these decadent chicken and shrimp stuffed shells 🧀🍤 Dive into a comforting dish of creamy stuffed shells filled with tender chicken and succulent shrimp, smothered in a rich Alfredo sauce. This delectable recipe combines flavors with a hint of garlic, herbs, and a sprinkle of cheese, making it perfect for family gatherings or cozy dinners. Serve with a fresh salad, bread or veggies for a complete meal that’s sure to impress!

Ingredients
* 20 jumbo pasta shells, a box basically
* 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
* 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup heavy cream or ricotta
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for serving if desired
* 2-3 cups Alfredo sauce, 1/2 jar or more depending on how many shells being cooked
* 2 tsp total garlic powder (1 tsp for chicken & the other for shrimp)
* 2 tsp total Italian seasoning (1 tsp for chicken & the other for shrimp)
* 2 tsp total paprika, some for garnish if desired, (1 tsp for chicken & the other for shrimp)
* Handful of sundried tomatoes
* 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
* 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 cup of spinach
* Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
3. In separate bowls, season chicken, & shrimp with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika . Mix well.
4. Cook chicken until slightly done, remove from skillet.
5. Cook your veggies until soft. Add in shrimp & cook until slightly pink, then add back in the chicken. Mix it up.
6. Start adding in your sour cream, cheese, cream or ricotta & alfredo sauce. Mix really good until super cheesy. Turn off stove & let cool just a little bit- like 2-3 minutes.
7. Fill each cooled pasta shell with a generous scoop of the chicken and shrimp mixture.
8. Spray the bottom of your pan with some olive oil and then add a light light amount of the sauce. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish.
9. Pour the remaining sauce mix over the shells and top with grated Parmesan cheese, paprika & parsley if desired.
10. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until it is bubbling. Remove from oven and let it cool down a bit because it will be hot!!
