1. To make heavy cream, mix

3/4 Cup Milk

1/4 Cup Butter

2. To make Cream Cheese, mix

Milk

Lemon Juice

- Boil the milk and pour lemon juice

3. To make half and half, mix

1/2 Milk

1/2 Heavy Cream

4. To make Buttermilk, mix

1 Cup Milk

1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice

- Mix together, and rest for 10 Minutes
