Hey everyone! As I embrace this beautiful journey of pregnancy, I wanted to share what a typical day of eating looks like for me at 10 weeks. It’s all about balance, staying active, and enjoying mostly Asian food! 🍚🥢 lol I am eating more than I normally do before pregnancy.
I focus on nourishing my body and making sure I’m eating enough to support my little one while still feeling energized. I enjoy a variety of meals that keep me satisfied without starving myself.
Staying Active:
I make sure to stay active by going for walks or going to the gym. Listening to my body is key!
I ran for 30mins followed by a leg workout:
Dumbbell Goblet Squat 12x3
Dumbbell RDL 12x3
Dumbbell Hip Thrust 12+8 x3
Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat 10(each) x2
Hip Abduction 15x3
I went from exercising 5-6days a week to 3-4days a week. So chill, I am not overworking my body.
Pregnancy is all about nurturing, so I focus on balanced meals and staying active. What are some of your favorite pregnancy meals? I am always hungry these days.
PS: I am not experiencing any morning sickness but I also listen to my body. When I need to rest, I make sure to rest.
