Ovarian Cyst

Hey babes!!

Unfortunately ovarian cyst is something that I have dealt with since I was 15 (I’m 20 now)… whenever I was diagnosed I was in and out of the hospital for a year with them telling me nothing is wrong, so I suffered til one day my cyst finally got big enough for them to see on scans. I was put on birth control to regulate my periods but little did I know, that was going to make me bleed for a year straight while the ob told me it takes time to adjust. UGH 😩 the pain I was in for that year was just horrible. Now I’m on patches instead of the pill and I swear it saved me! My periods are so much better and I’m not bleeding all the time which is a blessing! These slides are just a couples things I do on a daily in my life that seem to help with my cyst pain. If anyone on here suffers with the same thing pleaseeeee drop how you deal with it in your life!! I would love to hear any recommendations or even stories of when you found out you have an ovarian cyst!
