This one is for all my anxiety girlies. I have found these activities to be super helpful when I am dealing with anxiety or am super stressed (which also triggers my anxiety).

Just remember, they are anxiety thoughts, not your thoughts ☁️☀️

If you are out and about and suddenly have an anxiety attack, I recommend carrying an essential oil roller with you. It will really come in handy! 🫶🏻

📒 Drawing: I have a bullet journal that I draw a lot in. I find that drawing and coloring keeps my mind occupied because it is focused on something else.

💛 Disney Movies: I love watching Disney + because it calms me down. My favorite movie is Tangled, and every time I watch it nothing around me matters.

💻 Graphic Design: I love putting my mind to work and challenging my creativity when I am having anxiety. Because like I said, it’s keeping my mind occupied rather than focusing on my anxiety.

🌱 Cleaning: I love cleaning so much. Sometimes when my room is dirty, it can give me a bit of anxiety. In my opinion, I feel as though our rooms are a representation of what’s going on in our head. So when your room is cluttered, so is your mind. But once you clean everything up and declutter, it’s as though your mind is in a calm state. I hope that made sense.
