first of all, If it was that easy to gain muscle on accident, I’d be HUGE, considering I’m trying to be jacked on purpose.

Especially as a women, gaining muscle is actually quite difficult. And gaining enough to make you look like Arnold? You’d need to be on steroids, eating 7,000 calories a day, and lifting so heavy your eyes feel like they’re going to pop out of your head

second of all, muscle does not make you look ‘manly’

It does however, make you look strong. It makes you look and FEEL balanced, capable, independent, etc.

Muscle imbalances can throw off your posture, gait, and honestly start to just feel weird over time. Our muscles overlap throughout our entire body, so working just lower (or just upper) can cause some serious issues

don’t be afraid to be strong. There’s nothing bad about buff arms 😉
