What’s “in” and what’s “out” for 2024✨🫶

2024 is coming up & lately I’ve been reflecting on things that I’ve done successfully and things that I’ve been failing at. After deep thought, I’ve compiled a list of things I’m bringing “in” to 2024, and things that’s completely “out” and will not be tolerated in 2024.

I encourage you to think back over the course of this year, take note of your wins and your losses.. & compile a list of things you did well, things you wanna work on, or things that just simply need to be omitted from your lifestyle.

Remember, growth is NOT linear. There will be moments of improvement & moments of back tracking. That’s okay! As long as you’re taking the steps to be a better you, then you are doing just fine ♥️
