5min prep guilt free, no equipment cake recipe

this recipe is too simple I don’t even need another picture for this, just follow the following, random consistency, use your imagination and you’ll still get a good nice warm spongy cake!!!!

Ingredients: makes 3 small bowls

- 2 bananas 🍌

- 2 eggs 🥚

- a little butter 🧈 (20g?)

- blueberries 🫐 however much you like!

- baking powder 1 teaspoon

- sugar 1 tablespoon

- salt a pinch! 🤏

- flour (didn’t measure, add in last till consistency turn yogurt like!)

Steps:

- beat the eggs

- add banana and mash them (I like to leave some bits - not fully mashed for texture)

- add melted butter (or unmelted if you’re as lazy as me haha)

- add baking powder (important if you want the cake to be fluffy!)

- sugar and salt to taste

- pour flour slowly, till you get a yogurt texture like picture 2

- pour into container with baking sheets and lay blueberries in between the batter

BAKE:

- bake 180degrees for 25min

- DONEEEEE

seriously so simple and guilt free cuz it’s pretty healthy, just eggs and banana! Let me know in the comments how it went!
