Making Crispy & Easy Kimchi Pancakes❤️❤️✨

Today i made another korean food recipe which you guys can try to make at home❤️ Today’s recipe is kimchi pancakes or kimchi jeon. If you guys have a lot of kimchi try this recipe❤️

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 80 gr all purpose flour

⭐️ 1 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch

⭐️ 1 tbsp kimchi juice

⭐️ Salt

⭐️ 100 - 150 ml water

⭐️ Green onion cut into strips

⭐️ 50 gr kimchi (chopped)

⭐️ Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Method:

1. Add all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, kimchi juice and water into a bowl. Mix it well.

2. Add the kimchi and green onion and mix it again.

3. Then fry on low until crispy and cooked through.

4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
