I have a lot of mango at home so i decided to make something sweet with mango! I made mango & cream filled mochi! It’s so delicious and perfect for dessert!😋✨
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
⭐️ 100 gr glutinous rice flour
⭐️ 30 gr cornstarch
⭐️ 3 tsp sugar
⭐️ 160 gr milk
⭐️ Yellow food coloring
⭐️ 1 tbsp butter
⭐️ Whipped cream
⭐️ Diced mango
⭐️ Mint & Mango for garnish
Method:
1. Add glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, sugar and milk into a bowl. Mix it well.
2. Then add few drops of yellow food coloring and mix it again.
3. Strain through a sieve and cover with plastic wrap then steam for 25 minutes.
4. When it’s done, add butter and mix it until smooth.
5. Roll it out with a rolling pin and place it into a small bowl.
6. Pipe out the whipped cream and add mongo then cover and pinch it together.
7. Place it into a plate and garnish with cream, mango and mint leaves.
