Gym before Work??

As a person who’s claimed her entire life “I’m not a morning person” I could not be more proud of myself for getting up and going after it! Arrived at the gym this morning at 7:30am on the dot and left at 8:45am which was on schedule perfectly because I arrived to work at 9:00am 🙂‍↕️🥹

SO PROUD OF ME‼️if anyone would like for me to share my tips on what helped get up earlier and my nighttime gym bag prep I would be more than happy to share.
