revolution has the worst service

please don't go there if you are a classpass user.

there are far better spin studios in singapore. Revolution Orchard

I have been a classpass user for the longest time and had a super horrible experience at Revolution this past Wednesday.

I'm not sure if anyone here is a regular or member at Revolution, but is it normal for studios to ignore you when you have reached out to them over such matters.

My friend and I made an agreement to never go back to Revolution anymore and I'm really questioning their business practice and market strategy now.
