4 HUGE signs you probably bagged the job 🙏🏼

Have you gone for some interviews and you're not sure if you got the job? 🤔 There are times when I leave the interview with a good feeling, then I end up gaslighting myself that perhaps I didn't do THAT well. After going through a couple of interviews, here are some surefire signs that you did well:

1️⃣ They are nodding and smiling throughout the interview 😊

If the interviewer is engaged it’s a great sign! You can pick up on subtle body cues like: leaning forward, nodding and uncrossed arms.

2️⃣ They explain the job scope in detail and ask you what you think 💬

Another sign is when they bother to go into detail about what the job is about. The more detailed the description is, the more likely you have impressed them. Asking what you think is also to gauge your interest in the role.

3️⃣ They ask you personal questions 💁🏻‍♀️

If they ask you questions like what do you do in your free time, it’s their way of starting to get to know you before offering you the role. Any small talk aside from formal questions is a very good sign.

4️⃣ They use the word 'when' instead of 'if' ⏰

A huge sign is when they subconsciously use words like ‘when’ instead of ‘if’. ‘When’ is an indication that they already made a mental decision on you. For example it could come out as “when you start work...”
