why i decided to start biking 3 miles everyday!

- I wanted to tone my legs more than just lifting and running and this is a great way to do that! BUT i didn’t know the amazing benefits to biking! and now u will!!!

the health benefits to biking

- increased cardiovascular fitness

- increased muscle strength and flexibility

- improved joint mobility. (especially my knees and hips)

- improved posture and coordination

- strengthened bones

- decreased body fat levels

- prevention or management of disease

- can help with weight loss!

- can lower your fat levels

- can help mental health! Improve sleep, anxiety, and reduce stress!!

it takes less than 15 minutes to bike 3 miles! I up the levels of difficulty by 3-7 and go down or up depending on how I feel! Just remember everyone starts somewhere!!

I hope someone can appreciate this as much as I would have when I first started learning about biking!! It’s a great way to get cardio in quickly and not as difficult as running, especially those who can’t run!
