This dinner roll recipe is always featured in my Thanksgiving dinners & it is always a hit (none ever left over!)
Dinner Roll Recipe
Mix in small bowl:
-1 tbsp dry yeast
-1 tbsp sugar
-1/2 cup water, Luke warm
*leave 5 min to froth*
Add:
-2 tbsp sugar
-1 cup milk
-4 tbsp butter, melted
-2 eggs, beaten
-1 tsp salt
Add to large bowl:
-4 cups flour
-wet mixture
*Mix, cover with damp cloth, let rise for 2 hours*
-Mix dough and place on floured surface
-Cut into 4 equal pieces, then each piece into another 3 equal pieces
-Roll each piece into a ball + place on baking tray (9x13) lined with baking paper
-Cover with plastic wrap + let rise another 40 min
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Bake 20-25 min until top is golden brown
-Brush with melted butter and let cool
