Just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I have to quit working on my wellness goals. If anything, it’s made me more focused on prioritizing my nutrition and hitting my protein intake.

Protein provided the building blocks for your baby’s cells as well as helps your little bean’s skin, hair fingernail and muscle development. It’s also recommended to consume ~75-100g of protein daily while pregnant since protein plays a pivotal role in the growth of your baby’s fetal tissue, including their little brains.

Here’s a rundown of everything I’ve been eating this week to hit 125g of protein.

Today’s Meal Breakdown:

🫐Morning Coffee: black w/ 1 scoop collagen protein

🫐 Breakfast: Brownie batter baked oatmeal

🫐Post Workout: Egg white scramble w/ roasted potatoes, avocado + chili crunch

🫐 Lunch: Honey sriracha tofu bowl with cucumber and avocado

🫐Dinner: Maple miso salmon with a harvest arugula salad

🫐 Evening Snack: Sweet + salty protein crunch bar
