As a second time C-section momma these are the very basic essentials everyone getting a C-section needs!

🩷 Belly Band: The one the hospital gives you (if they give you one) is fine but they're a pain to do yourself! This one is so much easier!

💙Adult Diapers: Skip the pads! These are soooo much easier! Less leaks and far more comfortable!

🩷 Stool Softener: Yes, you need this! don't be too proud! that first poop after birth can be BRUTAL! Make it easier on yourself momma!

💙 High Waisted Undies: When you transfer out of diapers you still aren't going to want anything rubbing on your incision! These make everything feel secure!
