Growing my glutes has not been an easy task, and I’ve done lots of trial and error 💥
Throughout the years I find my self always going back to these 3 movements when it comes to me wanting a good glute workout 🍑
Split Squats are a great compound movement 🏋🏽♀️ that allows my whole entire leg 🦵🏽 to work, however have if my front leg spread a bit more helps me target my glute. Hypertension are a fan favorite that allows me to really isolate the glute and having that hinge movement to work the top muscle. Kickbacks are a classic for a reason and really allows me to feel the burn 🔥
