Today, I wanted to share some of my favorite YouTube channels for workouts! I memang tak workout dekat gym. Mostly memang workout dekat rumah je sebab lagi convenient it is to work out at home without needing to get dressed 🫣 just grab your equipment and go for it!

FITNESS MARSHALL

Fitness Marshall ni one of my top choices bila I just want to move and dance lol. For me, his dance cardio videos are a blast and best sebab dapat boost up kan mood kita! Kalau you perlukan a mood boost, put on some Fitness Marshall workouts and it will turn your whole day around.

EMI WONG

What i love about Emi Wong's channel is that she bukan sahaja share about workout je, dia jugak share her life macam healthy recipes, travel vlogs and beauty tips. She does workouts to music so if you macam lebih prefer untuk dengar music untuk motivate yourself when you bersenam, her videos are the ones to watch! Her workout videos are great for beginners jugak tau, sebab workout dia tak adalah susah sangat. So senang untuk beginners nak follow pair pulak dengan a healthy diet with workout and trust me, you surely achieve your dream body in no time!

MADFIT

MadFit has dance cardio, short strength workouts, one-song workouts, stretch, and HIIT. Ramai je I tengok people guna videos from her channel untuk belajar workout. I really like her dance cardio style. It’s the perfect workout bila you nak to get in some movement but tak adalah necessarily feel like an intense HIIT class or run.

PAMELA REIF

Bila you follow pamela reif’s channel dia punya movement akan lets you burn more fats than you think! For those yang taknak pakai any equipment macam dumbell ke apa boleh follow her sebab can be easily done at home. The workout routines she posts on YouTube selalunya tak sampai 30mins pun korang, so siapa yang macam I yang 9-5 working and tak ada banyak masa but still nak workout boleh follow her channel! by watching and following her YouTubers barulah you dapat achieve a glow up and healthier body! 🥰
