The Spring Salad you must try!

👍Pros: Light, Easy, Delicious

My go to and favorite salad for spring and summer! So easy and such a look once it’s all put together. Such an easy snack or appetizer for dinners or gatherings!

Ingredients

Spring Mix

Strawberries

Blueberries

Red Onion

Pecans (Candied or Plain)

Plain or Honey Goat Cheese

Skinny Girl Raspberry vinaigrette

1. Wash your spring mix throughly. It says washed on the package but I always wash a second time.

2. Wash and throughly dry your fruit. (I use a fruit and veggie wash).

3 Slice your red onions

4. Add all ingredients to a nice bowl, drizzle with a vinaigrette (I prefer a raspberry one) and Serve!
