You will not believe the stigma behind woman in trades. I work everyday to show you can be a strong, get hands dirty, professional woman.

Being a woman working in the blue collar field is extremely intimidating. Let alone being 5 foot (with boots on) and 105lbs. People seem to set the expectation for you. To quit. To give up. To give in and get an “easier” job. Personally I use it at motivation to keep going. Every time, I want to cave in and someone asking if I need a break I keep it going.
