A prayer for mental health and wellbeing🍋

Dear God,

I pray you heal my mind, heal my soul, and restore me. I pray you will heal and restore my mental health and grant me with good mental and physical health. I pray you will free me and heal me from any double mindedness, all troubles and worries and fears. Please deliver me from poor mental health. Please bring happy and peaceful experiences into my life and grant me with peace. Help me keep my mind on Jesus and not my worries. I pray you will heal me and others around me. I lay all my burdens at Your feet Lord. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
