My first time making gumbo

I did not put every single thing I did because I was trying to cook this while also handling my 10m old son lol

I think the roux is the toughest part it takes a long time to get it to the right color without burning it so gotta have patience.

I put the seasoning and everything in one pot in the end and I didn’t take a picture because I honestly forgot too 😅😅😅 I already made my bowl and was like forget it😂😂#gumbolove #getcooking #homemadegumbo
