Pregnancy after having an Abortion

After having an abortion in July, I recently found out that I am pregnant again. Everyone always talks about how abortion is either good or bad but no one ever talks about how the person actually feels. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but just because someone gets an abortion does not mean they are a horrible person or that they are a killer. They have emotions too. I feel sad, scared, confused, and guilty. I know I’m not replacing my first child but it feels like I am. Does anyone else struggle with this?
