They're easy to cook, and I personally love them boiled – even without any seasoning. In fact, I often prepack my meals the night before, and boiled eggs are always a staple in my lunchbox. Not only are they a great source of protein, but they're also rich in vitamins and minerals like vitamin D and vitamin B12. So, if you're looking for a healthy and convenient way to get your protein fix, try incorporating eggs into your daily routine.

For breakfast, I usually have almond milk and herbal eggs for protein, or a simple yet satisfying lunch of egg sandwich. For lunch, I'll switch it up with orange glazed smoked salmon. Dinner is usually boiled eggs with steamed broccoli, or grilled chicken with a fried egg. I also snack on tuna and boiled eggs to keep me going throughout the day. And for breakfast or a snack, I like to have chocolate milk with Weetabix and psyllium husk for fiber.

Overall, maintaining a healthy weight takes a combination of healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices. For me, keeping track of my calorie intake and making mindful food choices has helped me maintain my weight at 43kg for years.
