Having a solid morning routine is one of the most important things you can do for your mental and physical health. Here are 3 of my morning wellness non-negotiables:

1. I start every morning off with my fresh pressed celery juice and one spoonful of sea moss gel. Both of these contain anti-oxidant properties that fight inflammation in the body, help clear your skin and can improve your gut health.

2. Before I begin my work day, I love to tidy my space up. This allow me to be more productive and focus more clearly on my work. Clean environment = clear mind.

3. Spending an hour outside daily is super important, especially as someone who works from home. I love to get in my 10k steps in the mornings or evenings after I'm done with my work stuff. This allows me to also clear my mind and be at peace before my nighttime routine.
