what you’ll need:
3 medium potatoes
garlic salt/regular salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp oil
slice up the potatoes into wedges and pop them into the microwave for 2-3 mins. with a paper towel, dab of any excess water on the potato wedges. toss the potato wedges with a bit of oil, paprika, black pepper and salt.
cook them in the air fryer at 200C for 10-12 mins, occasionally giving the potato wedges a shake as they are cooking.
tips: for crispy wedges, make sure that the wedges are dry and that all excess water is dabbed out before air frying them. In the air fryer, space the wedges out so that they can get crispy on all sides.
