Fresh Spring Rolls for the summer!

These vietnamese spring rolls have me drooling and eating like 10 of them each time I make them! There's a lot of different ways people make spring rolls as you see online, but this is the classic and in my opinion, the BEST. It's pretty easy, just takes awhile to prep all your ingredients and herbs. The sauce I use is not a peanut sauce because of a peanut allergy in my family, so I'm not a huge fan of the peanut sauces. It is a hoison-based sauce, with a lot of other ingredients I'll share here!

Sauce:

Hoison sauce

2 limes

Chiles

Garlic paste

Extra: crushed peanuts and pickled radish and carrots

Spring roll ingredients:

Vermicelli noodles

Boiled pork butt

Boiled shrimp

Herbs (basil, mint, etc)

Bean sprouts

Lettuce
