Deep dive into (my) shadow work book

This book started out as a project for class but I turned it into a shadow book . Super easy to make I found a book that was going to be thrown away put a cover on it and just paint the pages to write over them this will probably make a lot of bookworms cringe but it saved it from getting thrown away I come up with my own questions either whatever pops up in my head that day or if I need a little inspiration Pinterest has a bunch of good ones I try not to think too much about my response and just write what flows out read over it and see how it makes me feel sometimes when I read back over pages I’ll go in and add a new response some questions are super personal and some a just vague both are helpful

I accept all of myself every version I turned into every layer every face I have been a puppet but I am also the puppet master
