while grocery shopping, i stumbled upon this interesting looking product called OATLER Complete Food by the brand mates.! it had a special promotion going on — 3 packs for RM36 so you know i had to check out what it’s all about 😎

according to their website, it’s formulated with “a powerful combo of Canadian oats, super grains and plant protein”😋 it claims to be made with 29 essential nutrients & crunchy puffed cereals, and a “guilt-free meal that makes you feel good in no time”!

OATLY is said to boost your nutrient intake, keep your gut healthy, and perfect pre & post-workout meal, while being 153 calories per serving at the same time 🤭

it’s also marketed to be super convenient on the go, help in weight control, reduce cravings (keeping you fuller for long), AND reduce bloating??? 😳

1. crack open the bottle cap

2. pour any milk of choice (i used low fat milk!) up to the line on the back of the packaging

3. shake EXTREMELY well so there’s no unmixed chunks

i am usually extremely skeptics about these type of products, as diet culture is super unhealthy and i would not want to involve myself in that type of lifestyle! BUT OATLER is honestly so yummy and actually made me feel super full 🤯

i have been taking this for my breakfast every morning because i am always in a rush and it makes me full until late afternoon 😍 it’s also super affordable (RM12 for a meal) and helps me save money too 😆

however, i would not recommend eating this for every meal as your body needs cooked meals too, so don’t rely on this completely ‼️
