Thursday night dinner | Fried Pork Chops

4 Boneless or Bone In Pork Chops

: Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Flour With Seasonings

: Salt

: Pepper

: Cayenne Pepper

Egg Wash with a dash of milk

Oil for frying- we used peanut oil

Coat both sides of pork chops with egg wash, then coat with the flour mixture. Do twice for extra breading 🤤

Fry for 8-10 minutes (flipping halfway through)

On medium heat until golden brown🤎
