Thursday = dinner : Cajun chicken pasta with broccoli

Breakfast = protein shake, fruit, and nuts

Lunch= sausage, pepper, onion potato dinner leftovers

Friday = dinner : Philly cheesesteak quesadillas with tater tots

Breakfast = protein shake, yogurt bowl with fruit and granola

Lunch = sausage dinner leftovers again

Saturday =

breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and a yogurt.

Lunch : honey mustard chicken wrap

Dinner : bacon cheeseburger on a half bun (trying to kill some of the calories).

Snacks : chips and salsa.

Sunday =

Breakfast : bacon and egg wrap with hot sauce

Lunch : another wrap, this time a ranch chicken wrap

Dinner : Alice Springs chicken, served with scallop potatoes & a salad with bolthouse farms ranch.

Snacks : hummus with crackers, strawberries.
