🐾Getting a dog truly saved my life, got me out of a rut because I was mentally, physically, and financially resposible for a life! Forced me to walk and move my body daily which has helped with my overall mood!

🥗Eating fresh foods when I eat out helps me feel better physically! I still eat junk tho

🌈Getting outside and enjoying Vitamin D, everyone is low in this so why not replenish it by going outside
