big nourish bowls are always my favorite and go-to meals to make. i love throwing all my favorites together and calling it a day 😋

recipe details:

• base: bed of greens

• veggies: broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, radishes

• protein: chicken sausage

• carb: sweet potato

• toppings: greek yogurt (extra protein and makes it so delicious and creamy!) and of course, looots of siracha 🤩

meals like this are SO versatile and customizable. don’t like broccoli? substitute for your favorite vegetable! eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. choose your favorites and go from there!
