High Protein Staples ~Costco Edition~

Costco has so many great options for high-protein options. I like to stock up on these high-protein staples every 2 weeks.

~ Ground Bison (24g Protein per 4oz serving)

~ Egg Whites (5g Protein per 3tbsp. Pure Protein)

~ Chicken Sausage (13g Protein per link)

~ Cottage Cheese (13g Protein per serving)

~ Rx Bars (12g Protein per bar. Not extremely high but I like the clean ingredients in this bar so I will take the lower protein for clean ingredients).

~ Fairlife Protein Shakes (30g Protein per shake)

~ Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder (24g Protein per serving)
