Fall = cozy healing

I love the fall, it’s my favorite season. But fall is also the gateway to when my depression is at its worst. So here are some things I will be doing this fall to help alleviate some of that.

Get outside- touch grass, get birds, feel the wind

Do fun stuff!- pick apples, solve mazes, indulge in fairs

Self care time- face masks, art nights, coffee dates

Courses- learning, taking notes, library study days

No more shrinking- new recipes, no scale, seasonal produce
