Part Two.. Hair Care Routine 🫶🏼

Hi friends!

Welcome to my part 2 of my shower routine! This is going to be what I use on my hair! I’ve struggled quite a bit in the past with my scalp, and I do have a history of psoriasis flare ups on my head! I’ve gone through several types of shampoos and I’ve narrowed it down to 2. Granted in this post I have my top no. 1, but Nizoral is my close second! As for conditioner, I’ve only stuck to one ever since I was 7, and it was this conditioner! Here’s the two hair care products I cannot live without!

-K18 Detox Shampoo ($38)

I’ve been using this shampoo for about a month so far, and a little goes a very long way. I find that it regulates my scalp’s environment and somehow controls the oiliness! I haven’t had any psoriasis flare ups since, and my hair stays pretty clean for a few days! That says a lot because my hair usually gets greasy after 1 day of washing!

-L’Oréal Mega Moisture Therapy Conditioner ($20)

This conditioner has been with me through thick and thin. Nothing moisturizes and detangles my hair the way that this conditioner does. I have wanted to gatekeep this conditioner but I’ve had a couple questions on how my hair is so shiny/healthy, and this is the answer! I’ve used this same conditioner for over 15 years now and it has never let me down!
