Tips.

• use home made rose Mary oil (not recommended if you have thin hair )

• wash your hair 2-3x per week

• try to wash your hair with cold water ( better results )

• only condition your mids & ends !!

• use a microfiber towel

• if you use a dryer, don't dry with hot air

• if you have hair problems like psoriasis, it is better to use more adapted routine
