I feel like we all have gone thru days or month where we are financially challenged due to some unforeseen circumstances that has limit our usual spending and expenses. And I do believe that even if we didn’t go through an financial struggles, it’s always best to at least have some savings and have control over our own spending.

We always have choices and options to how we wanna spend our money on. Here’s some things that I’ve been thinking of that would help to slowly get back in money saving habit:

1. Find free entry places to go out

2. Eat at home to avoid impulse cafe expenses

3. Choose cheaper/affordable alternatives

4. No spend day
