Which Attachment Style Are You?

When it comes to building a relationship, be it with a romantic partner, or friendship and even family bonding- there is this one significant embodied reaction that always come out naturally. It relates so much with what we called an ‘attachment style’.

Basically how we reacted upon receiving and giving love to our loved ones. By knowing our attachment style, it gives a better sense of self awareness, and help us to either set a healthy boundaries and communication, and also tolerating others’ attachment style from people you build relationship with.
