under fueling your body and over exercising are the 2 main reasons why you’re not seeing results. here’s the deal society is wrong, over exercising is just going to make you fatigued and always tired and under fueling is depriving your body of energy. the two together are a recipe for disaster. 👎🏼

here’s what i want you to do instead:

✔️ find your energy expenditure

-this tells you how many calories you should consume daily. there are calculators online

✔️ prioritize whole foods

-this means one ingredient foods that aren’t processed. make yummy bowls and find amazing healthy recipes. i have tons on my healthy food blog

✔️do less cardio

-that’s right, you don’t have to do endless amounts of cardio. instead pick up those weights and do a mixture of cardio + strength training. (don’t know where to start? i have lots of resources for you!)

✔️ don’t restrict yourself

-girly eat your breakfast, don’t just rely on coffee. breakfast gives you energy for your morning. i know you may think your body isn’t hungry but that’s a response that has been made by constantly skipping breakfast.
