What if I told you carbs don't make you fat.. would that add some joy to your life? take some stress off your plate?

If you're gaining weight, it's because you are eating more calories than you are burning. If anyone is telling you carbs make you fat, it is most likely because they are eating high calorie, sugary carbs such as pizza, doughnuts, candy, soda, cookies.

I'm not saying don't eat those things, but those are the carbs that are higher in calories and may lead to weight gain and adding fat to your body.

Make sure you are eating carbs because it is fuel for are body and a huge source of energy, but aim for items like sourdough bread, rice, potatoes!
